Tackling bullying and sexual harassment: What happens when we return to office life post-Covid-19?
In 2019, the International Bar Association (IBA) published Us Too? – Bullying and Sexual Harassment in the Legal Profession. Drawing on a global survey of 7,000 legal professionals from across 135 countries, the report highlighted chronic levels of inappropriate behaviour in legal workplaces. The IBA subsequently undertook an unprecedented global engagement campaign, holding events in 30 cities across six continents and meeting with hundreds of law firms, bars, regulators and in-house legal teams. In this interactive webinar, report author Kieran Pender will share insight from the campaign, followed by a discussion about best practices for achieving positive change.
- Moderator: Kieran Pender, Senior Legal Advisor, International Bar Association
- Dee Sekar, Diversity & Inclusion Director, Chambers and Partners
